*Our products, with the exception of Rose Bouquets & Preserved Roses, may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product.
Refund Policy Preserved Roses.
Due to the origin of handmade preserved roses, there are no refunds on rose arrangements or preserved roses or exchanges. Flowerboxes are custom made by size and colors choosed by the customer.
All other products:
To return the product, it must meet the following requirements:
- The product was purchased within the last 14 days.
- The product is in original packaging and contains no damage.
- Please include your order number and order confirmation from Roses of Eternity in the mail. We need this due to proof of purchase. We cannot receive returns from third party sellers.
*Products that do not meet these requirements cannot be returned.

Once we have received your mail we will send the address of our office where you can return the package (return form).
Upon receipt of your package the order will be inspected and the correctness of the documents, packaging and any damage to the product checked. If the product is completely in order there will be a refund, of which you will also receive a confirmation via e-mail.
